By registering a masjid or using the Masji website or mobile app, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Masji provides free management software for masjids — finance tracking, donations, member records, events, and related tools — accessible via masji.org and the Masji mobile app.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Masjid administrators are responsible for the data their masjid enters, including member and donor records.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting unauthorized access to another masjid's data, uploading unlawful content, or disrupting the service's operation.
4. Financial Records
Masji is a record-keeping tool. It does not process payments, hold funds, or act as a financial institution. Each masjid remains solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the financial and donation records it enters.
5. Free Service
Masji is provided free of charge, with no hidden tiers or per-user fees. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future, but existing core functionality will not be placed behind a paywall without prior notice.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for losses arising from service outages, though we take reasonable steps to prevent data loss.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk to the platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
